You have two options.
If you have two 2nd level domains (for example web1.example.com and web2.example.com), then you can set it up under one hosting plan. It gets set up in your .htaccess file.

However, if you can fit both your websites into the space that you have allocated for your first website, you can usually make a deal with hosting provider in a sense that the price for your two domains is less than price for two hosting accounts. Your answer is that is depends on the type of Hosting plan that you have with your provider. If you are paying say $4.95 per month then you may not be able add another domain onto the account.
One option may be to use a sub domain the url would look something like this. httpwww.newweb.oldweb.com
If you can get along with that type of URL structure then that is fine.
The other option is to upgrade your hosting plan as most web hosting providers will be happy for you. Increase in monthly cost about $3.00
