How to Make Money Online Using Your Natural Talent and Affiliate Programs

If you’ve done any investigation at all of Internet marketing, you’ll know rip-offs abound, no matter where you look. Unfortunately, Internet marketers with no scrupals take advantage of the hordes of people who come online every day looking for ways to quit their jobs. It’s very sad, because millions probably get duped into spending money unnecessarily, only to chase down avenues with dead ends. Thankfully, methods abound for making money on the Web with no money required. This should be good news to those who have had run-ins with online scheme run by rip-off artists!
But sometimes one person’s scam is another person’s opportunity. A good example of this is the recent controversy over an web business-in-a-box, called site Build It. Some people think that at least one person has written a Site Build It affiliate review that was misleading. The owner has publicly defended himself and he might be right about his product being on the up-and-up. But it’s up to every individual to do their own research before paying money for Internet “opportunities”.
One of the main ways I like to make money online is above-board and also fairly simple to implement. I make money writing with HubPages. HubPages — a community blogging site — makes it quite easy to write content that generates ad revenue. How many content “hubs” (pages) you create is up to you. Each hub has the potential to make up to five forms of revenue: Google AdSense, Kontera in-text ads, Amazon products, eBay auction items and any affiliate marketing program you’d like to implement. You get the revenue from 60% of the page views that generate income and the people who own HubPages get forty percent. Affiliate programs are an exception to that rule though; you get 100% of any income generated by someone clicking on an affiliate link. Writing money-making hubs takes a bit of practice but in my opinion, the money you can earn over time makes it worth the effort.
There are many affiliate marketing programs out there but I like to use RevResponse on my hubs, because people who sign up get great free information. When anyone clicks on your links and qualifies to receive free RevResponse magazines or white papers, you make money. It’s just that easy. The qualifying part is the catch though, so that aspect is important to understand. To get more details about the RevResponse rules, you might want to read this RevResponse affiliate marketing review. It will help you determine whether signing up is worth your time.
