How do I create a login system with thats compatible with Godaddy Hosting?

You can do it with Dreamweaver or Notepad – since it’s all text.
You’ll need a sign-up page and the code behind it, and a login page and the code behind it. It’s FAR too much code to post here.
You first need to know whether you’re on a Windows server (ASP and MSSQL) or a Linux box (PHP and MySQL) – GoDaddy offers both and it was your choice when you signed up.
Then either look for a CMS with login and read the code to see how it’s done, or do a web search for web login systems. (You WILL have to understand either ASP or PHP, SQL and, possibly, Javascript. You CAN NOT create a system like this with drag&drop and clicking buttons.)
Your only other option (other than having someone write it for you) is to look at CMS programs, and see if you can use one of them. There are running demos of free ASP and PHP CMS programs at
