3 Ways To SEO Optimize Your Blog

Many bloggers believe they don’t need to SEO optimize their blog because they don’t understand how search engines work and how important it is for their blogs to rank high for their chosen keywords. This is one reason you’ll see so many bloggers fail to earn money online.
Making your blog post search engine friendly is very easy and I’ll show you how to do it. Your blog post could be SEO friendly in just 3 simple steps. By doing these three steps all the time, you can increase visitors which may make the difference between a blog that makes its owner very little income or a blog that creates wealth for the Blogger.
Follow this advice to search engine optimize every blog article you post and start taking advantage of free search engine traffic.
For starters, you should make certain your post addresses are SEO friendly. With a blog platform like Blogger, this is already done. If you’re a WordPress user, then you’ll want to change your permalinks so that blog creates optimized url’s when you create a post.
The way you do this in WordPress is to click on the Permalinks tab, and check the button next to the Custom field. Then you’ll put a percentage sign followed by the words Postname. {Immediately after the words postname, Now} add another percentage sign. Now all your blog post will have optimized post.
The next tip on optimizing your blog is to put your main keywords in the Title. This is very important. For example, if you’re blogging about how to earn extra cash, then use these keywords in the Title of your blog and your blog post. If your blog is about Dogs, then don’t use something unrelated like your name in the title unless you also have the word Dog in there also. Using the keywords in the Title, then you’ll rank higher than if you name the blog something that does not tell the search engine what your blogs about.
You’re next step is to use the keywords in the Post’s title. If you’re targeting people to visit your post about using Ebay to to make extra money, then your post title should have those keywords in it. Forget about using non relevant titles like How I Make Money With Auctions. If you do this, the search engines will have trouble determining what your post is about and you won’t attract the right kind of traffic. This is especially important if you’re trying to make money with Adsense.
These three tips will go a long ways in letting the Search Engines know what your post is about. By making it easy easy for the search engines to understand what subject your blog post is about, they’ll rank your post higher than a non-optimized blog.
